Expression: Can Prabhas' 'Yogi' Break That Kannada Sentiment

There is a strange observation that Kannada movies will not do well in Telugu industry, either it is a remake or a dubbing film.

There are movies like Om, AK 47, Narasimhudu etc which are biggest hits in Karnataka but miserably flopped when remade into Telugu.

Coming to the dubbing films, only 'Police Story' and 'A' could bag good openings. Other dubbed versions were toppled poorly. 'Monalisa' and 'Amrutha Varsham' are some latest examples.

Now Prabhas starrer 'Yogi' is being made as a remake of 'Jogi', a Kannada Film. Let's hope that Prabhas breaks the sentiment and comes out with hit.
